The Headmaster - Keith D. Young

I came to Westbrook Hay some 9 years ago, via Pangbourne, where I was a housemaster and Lambrook and Salisbury Cathedral school, where I had my first experiences of life as Prep school teacher.
What struck me immediately about this school is the wonderful opportunity that it affords every pupil – the true sense of community, in which pupils, parents and staff work together to strive for the best that we can all achieve.
Away from the chalkface I still find time to play cricket and golf and accompany the deputy Head on our various forays to the local rivers and lakes, where we sit and discuss school matters all day, waiting for those elusive big fish !
