As every parent will know, school is far more than simply what is taught in lessons. At Westbrook Hay we aim to provide a learning experience that goes far beyond that of the classroom.

Many of our new and visiting parents are struck by the atmosphere at Westbrook Hay. The children bustle along between lessons, are happy and secure in their environment. They view the school as an extended family to support them, and to which they can display their achievements and forever speak of the next exciting thing they are involved in, be it a competitive sporting event, a concert, a workshop with a world-renowned artist, or one of the school productions. 

The greater opportunities provided in Art, Games, Music, Dance, Drama, Boarding, and a whole raft of other extra curricular activities help to soften slightly the high academic expectations we have, and allow the children further opportunity to express themselves and try new things, learning vital skills along the way.
