Our informal music concert provided a fantastic opportunity for a group of 8 pupils from Year 2 to 6 to showcase their progress and build confidence during the beginning of their musical journey.
Our Year 4 and 6 boys demonstrated a range of talent. Heath led the concert with an impressive performance on his green T-bone, while Seb showcased his progress on the guitar through using dynamics of forte and piano. Hrik performed a superb upbeat solo singing ‘I’d do anything’ from the musical ‘Oliver!’. Alice, now a regular performer at school, displayed her advancing skills as a grade 2 cellist, and Noah showed a significant growth in confidence since last year’s concert with an excellent trumpet performance. Freya also performed brilliantly with a confident solo on the clarinet.
A special mention goes to our Year 2 pupils, Lyanna and Arya, who both delivered wonderful debut solo singing performances.
We were delighted to have so much support from parents that helped encourage such brilliant performances, thank you to all who attended.
