Our Teddy Bears Picnic was a huge success this year with lots of our nursery children and visitors enjoying the afternoon.
Mr Marvel entertained the children with his well loved magic show and the highlight is always the opportunity to meet his rabbit. Miss Bodill, one of our Reception teachers, led the children to the grounds on a bear hunt. The children were able to explore the gardens whilst hunting for the Teddy bears which were hidden all over. Parents and children appreciated the picnic tea including Chef’s cakes served from the Horse Box Cafe.
Mums, dads, grandparents, children and staff all took part in Mr Marvel’s disco and everyone was really quite tired at the end of the day!
This lovely event in the grounds of the school really helps the nursery children to become familiar and comfortable with their surroundings and new school.
We look forward to seeing some of you again next year.
