What a wonderful World Book Day we have enjoyed! Over 300 children and staff wholeheartedly took part in our Book Character parade in our Performing Arts Centre. We must thank everyone, including our parents for fully supporting the event. Our children’s costumes were imaginative and magnificent from Reception to Year 8! Banana Man was interviewing Mr Twit and a very casual Mr Lloyd found out how Taitai and Jesse managed to confuse us all as in ‘Parent Trap’. Our Three Blind Mice teachers in Year 2 inspired our children to think about all the books they enjoy reading then to choose a character to dress up as. A firm favourite of the day had to be Charlotte as Moaning Myrtle!
