Parents appeared to be as excited as the children today waiting for one of the highlights of the Autumn term. A warming drink and mince pie from the Horsebox Cafe first and then into the Performing Arts Centre for the first of our Christmas shows.
Nursery & Reception classes performed ‘A Twinkly Nativity’. An incredible performance from our youngest children, as always, and the lines were delivered with wit and great timing leaving the audience crying with laughter. A heavy dusting of sparkle at the end of the performance left housekeeping also crying!
Year 1 & 2 followed with a performance of Snowman. The singing vocals were lovely, dance moves in perfect sync and all performed with confidence and happiness.
With temperatures at freezing, a hot drink outside with friends and a nativity performance;it’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas!
