As part of our commitment to “modeshift stars” we were delighted to welcome our Hertfordshire Sustainable Travel Officer, Mrs Cathy Scarrott to Westbrook Hay today. Cathy provided several 'Scooterability' skills training sessions for our Year 2 children. She helped all the children to scoot, showed them how to brake safely, steer around obstacles and how to avoid some common hazards. The Year 1 children were besides themselves with envy!
